Let us introduce Jozef M.Petzval as not only a theorist in the field of optics, but as well as an active photographer and long-standing university professor of mathematics at Vienna University.
After Aurel Stodola, Jozef Murgaš and Samuel Mikovíni we are presenting the world renowned mathematician, physicist, inventor and photographer Jozef M.Petzval. The event takes place within SCSTI´s national project “Promotion of science and technology in Slovakia”. The exhibition is designated for professional, as well as non-professional public and its opening will take place on Thursday 27.3.2014 at 16.30 at the multifunctional room on the ground floor of the SCSTI building at Lamačská cesta 8/A, Bratislava.
