Journalists, who talk about science and research can receive award for their work. Individuals or teams of authors can compete with contributions that have been broadcasted on television from 1 October 2014 to 11 October 2015. Each competitor can register with maximum of three entries in which they addressed Slovak science and technology, its representatives or its outputs in practice.
This reportage should be linked exclusively to Slovakia at least on one level – it presents research realized in Slovakia, it presents Slovak scientist or innovations, inventions or new technologies created in our laboratories. They cannot lack the opening and closing credits and the work has to be in Slovak language.
Reportages have to be registered at www.fvf.cvtisr.sk in the ‘competitions’ section. Subsequently, you will receive an email with the license agreement, which has to be, coupled with DVD containing the work, sent to the address of the SCSTI. The deadline is 11 October 2015.
The best reportages about science and technology will be selected by the evaluation committee. The winners will be awarded the awards during the Science Film Festival – SFF 2015, which will take place within the scope of the Week of Science and Technology in November of this year.
